Luda Laverdure

B.Sci (Kinesiology), B.Hlth Sci (Physio), MPhysioPrac

Physiotherapist
Luda has played as part of high profile teams such as the Victoria Maidens (Legends Football League), Team USA (Ladies Gridiron League, Tri-Nations Series), and Melbourne Maidens (Ladies Gridiron League).

With regards to soccer, she has been a representative for the Australian All-Star indoor and outdoor (Women’s Premier League), and during her time at NCAA, was the NCAA Conference Champion and won the NCAA National Tournament Sweet-16.

Apart from her professional gridiron and soccer feats, she also enjoys playing golf, surfing, and long boarding for leisure.

Despite her large trophy cabinet, Lucrece considers her biggest achievements to be her Bachelor degrees in Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy, and her Masters on Physiotherapy.

Lucrece incorporates the principles of exercise physiology in her physiotherapy practice, in order to provide the most effective intervention, with special interest in the treatment of sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, women’s health issues and chronic pain.

Beyond what you’d expect from a standard physiotherapy treatment, Lucrece’s experience in exercise physiology and rehabilitation also allows her to incorporate into her treatments:
  • Biomechanical analysis for injury prevention
  • Program design for strength and conditioning
  • Training load monitoring to prevent re-injury
  • Customized sport-specific workouts for improved performance

She has a strong passion for nutrition and injury prevention, and helping others reach their health goals and achieve the best results possible.

Chalerm Tuantab

Originally from Hobart, Tasmania, Chalerm Tuantab graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Podiatric Practice. Currently, he is president for a non-for profit organisation Footscape, while also being the team podiatrist/ head of medical for the National Premier League soccer club, the Oakleigh Cannons. Before working in the field of podiatry, he worked across Melbourne at organisations such as Melbourne University, Belgravia Leisure and YMCA. At each of these workplaces he worked in management of facility centres - gyms, pools and recreation centres.

Chalerm has a strong passion for providing the best evidence-based practice for an extensive scope of practice including sporting injuries,  wound care, diabetic assessments, and educational presentations. Personal interests include sports, outdoor adventures and travel.
Podiatrist

Jessie Duff

Originally from Euroa, Jessie graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Podiatry Practice. Jessie joined our team in 2016, and has worked across both clinics (Atherton Road Podiatry Centre and Kew Podiatry and Sports Centre). She enjoys every aspect of podiatry, however has a particular interest in biomechanics and sports podiatry.  Outside of work Jessie enjoys running, playing netball and exploring Melbourne's best brunch spots.

Timothy Crilly

Podiatrist

Timothy graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Podiatry. Upon graduation he accepted an offer to work as a podiatrist in Melbourne. Podiatry has fuelled his desire for helping others, and this ideology is a driving factor in the pursuit of providing the best quality care.

Timothy has an extensive background in footwear and is able to utilise this to make specific recommendations on a variety of shoes, ranging from casual walking to high-level performance footwear. His personal interests include barracking for the mighty Collingwood football club and cooking.

Reception, administration

Sarah Townsend

Sarah ensures our patients feel looked after when they visit the clinic and she is always happy to assist you with making or changing your appointments.

Having previously worked in administration and management, Sarah also worked as a hair stylist for 7 years here in Melbourne, London and Edinburgh.
Sarah loves travelling overseas or getting outdoors closer to home either hiking or on a camping trip with friends. She is also a passionate animal lover and volunteers with different animal welfare organisations.

Apart from being our admin/reception, Sarah is currently studying a degree in Media & Communications with Swinburne University. 

Crystal Pazianis

Crystal has over 8 years experience in the administration and customer service industries. She has a strong passion for people and ensuring they feel happy and cared for when they visit the clinic. Crystal recognises that communicatio is a pivtal part of our interaction and can fluently speak Greek, and conversational in Italian, French and Arabic. Outside of our centre, she is currently studying International Relations at Monash University. In her free time, she enjoys keeping fit, travelling and spending time with the family!

Marteene Sarris

Marteene is an asset to our team, bringing a love for helping, and a long history of customer service. Marteene will be the first to greet you with a smile and friendly hellp. Outside of work, you will see Marteene travelling and studying an architecture degree. Like Crystal, Marteene is fluent in Greek!
